Geee Posted October 1, 2020 Share Posted October 1, 2020 CNS News CNSNews.com) – Fiscal year 2020 ended overnight with the smallest number of refugees resettled in the United States in more than 40 years, and no indication from the Trump administration of its refugee admission plans for FY 2021. According to State Department Refugee Processing Center data, just 11,814 refugees were admitted to the U.S. in FY 2020, 65 percent of the 18,000 admission ceiling announced by the administration last fall.
