Judge Merchan read 55 pages of jury instructions for an hour Wednesday in Trump's hush money trial in New York. He cast a very wide net. The judge gave the jury a choice of three crimes to decide: the alleged crime itself, the crime of Trump's barber, or the crime according to Robert De Niro. 

Donald Trump sounded sad after his case went to the jury, telling the reporters Mother Theresa couldn't beat these charges. The reaction was swift. District Attorney Alvin Bragg promptly filed charges against Mother Theresa for posthumous complicity in the attempt to overthrow our Democracy. 

President Biden rushed to Delaware today to console Hunter and thank him for taking one for the team. 

Republicans now boasting they have the only presidential candidate ruled capable of standing trial. 

The left is fighting back hard. Last game Caitlin Clark was blind-sided, hip-checked and knocked in the air, landing on her shoulder and New York district attorney Alvin Bragg wants to indict her for flopping. 

Caitlin Clark was targeted by hard fouls and knockdowns on the WNBA basketball courts this past week from jealous opponents. The hazing quickly drew charges of racism because she's white. I say forget race, this is Gay Pride Month, what business does a woman have playing in women's sports? 

Hunter Biden’s felony drug-and-gun trial went to the jury in Delaware Monday with a verdict likely Tuesday. The courtroom pressure on the jury was intense during final arguments. A dozen of the extended Biden family sat on the front row in court including Vito, Sonny, Michael and Fredo Biden. 

First poll after the guilty verdict indicates 45% of Americans consider Trump a convicted felon while 55% say that's what they love about the guy. 

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were reported Friday near divorce. Affleck was once a guest on PBS's celebrity ancestry show and he ordered the show to edit out that he descended from slave owners. What angers the people who know Ben is the way he always walks around acting like he owns everybody. 

Beverage Digest made news with this month's soft drink sales report Tuesday. They reported that Dr. Pepper has surpassed Pepsi as the second-best selling soft drink in America. Not only is Dr. Pepper now more popular than Pepsi, it's considered more of a doctor than Anthony Fauci or Jill Biden. 

The physical attacks against Caitlin Clark on the basketball court are being brushed aside by the media, who are calling the aggression mostly peaceful fouls. 

Joe Biden announces a new border policy, changing his previous policy. It's an admission that the honor system wasn't working. 

President Biden flew to France to deliver a speech at Pointe du Hoc in Normandy Thursday to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the 1944 D-Day landings in France. He'll be speaking at the military cemetery where 9,387 U.S. soldiers are buried. It's Joe's largest get-out-the-vote rally of the year. 

Politico reports leading Democrats are worried that Joe Biden can't make it through a tough presidential campaign this summer and fall while Republicans worry Donald Trump may be in jail. Either way we comedians can't lose. One guy is facing a sentence and the other one can't complete one. 

Anthony Fauci was grilled in the House Monday for his debunked Covid policies that included mandatory vaccines, 6-foot rule and his infected bat tale. His shutdowns closed schools, churches and nightclubs. It took the George Floyd riots to prove that the virus was no match for fresh air and fire. 

Hunter Biden's jury was sworn in Monday in Delaware for lying on his federal gun application form in 1998 stating he didn't do drugs. Last week the president told CNN he stands by his son but added that no one is above the law. The next morning, Hunter had his name legally changed to No One. 

Donald Trump facing three more crimimal trials before the election. This is why millions of people from other banana republics are migrating to the United States. It feels like home. 

Netflix is planning a new series this fall called Orange Is the New Inmate. 

Dr. Fauci was grilled by the House Select Corona Virus Committee Monday and the questions and answers grew more heated and personal by the hour. There were a lot of egos in that committee room. At one point, the Republicans on the committee infuriated Fauci by refusing to address him as Mr. Science. 

The more I see clips of the Women of the View discussing Trump, the more I think Jack Nicholson held it together in The Shining pretty well.
