Biden Admin Flying Migrants Deported by Trump Back Into the US

The Biden administration is flying previously deported Cameroonians whose asylum claims were determined to be invalid back into the United States, according to interviews with Immigration and Customs Enforcement staff and internal agency memos reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

The program, which has not been announced to the public, appears to be a response to a February 2022 Human Rights Watch report about dozens of Cameroonians deported between 2019 and 2021 and then allegedly mistreated by their government. An estimated 80 to 90 Cameroonians were deported during that period of time.

Illegal migrant charged with suffocating, killing young woman on her birthday: report

A woman was recently suffocated and killed in New York on the same day she turned 21, officials say.

 

Suspect Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis, 21, is accused of murdering Joselyn Jhoana Toaquiza in Syracuse June 18. The Syracuse Police Department told Fox News Digital the suspect has been charged with second-degree murder and concealment of a human corpse.

A source from the Department of Homeland Security recently told the New York Post both Chacaguasay-Ilbis and Toaquiza were in the U.S. illegally. Both are from Ecuador.

Prosecutor Alphonse Williams told The Post-Standard of Syracuse the suspect was staying at an Airbnb at the time of the murder. He reportedly traveled to see Toaquiza on her 21st birthday.

NYC Expands Costly Food Debit Card Program To Thousands Of Migrants

New York City officials are expanding a program providing migrant families living in city-funded hotels with debit cards to buy food, according to The New York Times.

The program, which was proposed in February and initially provided services to nearly 3,000 migrants, will now distribute debit cards to 7,3000 migrants at a combined cost of approximately $2.6 million over the next six months, according to the NYT. New York City has taken in more than 200,000 migrants over the last two years, and the influx has forced the city to make budget cuts.

The program previously worked with three hotels to house migrants, but has now expanded to include 17, which could serve about 1,200 migrants per month, according to the NYT. The debit cards have digital coding that ensures they can only be used in specific stores, and participants pledge to only use them to purchase food or baby supplies.

House Judiciary: taxpayers funding border crisis, services to illegal foreign nationals

Taxpayers are not only funding the border crisis, but they are also paying for numerous free services illegal foreign nationals receive, according to a new report published by the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement. 

The committee blames the Biden administration in its new report, "Chauffeur at the Border, Concierge in the Interior: How the Biden Administration Rewards Illegal Aliens on the Taxpayers' Dime" for costs to U.S. taxpayers.  

It also notes that Congress, including Republicans, voted to fund the programs it identified as wasting taxpayer money and facilitating the border crisis when Congress passed an omnibus appropriations bill in March that President Joe Biden signed into law.

NYC’s poorest zip codes forced to bear brunt of migrant crisis, confidential docs reveal: ‘The city dropped a bomb on us’

Some of the Big Apple’s poorest zip codes are being forced to bear the greatest brunt of the city’s migrant crisis — including a Queens neighborhood saddled with more shelters than any other part of the five boroughs, internal data kept from the public but obtained by The Post reveal.

Long Island City is home to a staggering 23 government-run migrant shelters — 12% of the 193 operating in New York City, according to data tallied off a confidential list of shelter sites used by city agencies.

“The city dropped a bomb on us,” said Queensbridge Houses resident Danny Beauford, whose 11101 zip code includes a 24th shelter in neighboring Astoria. “The [migrants] are taking over. They’re taking over all the parking with their 8,000 scooters. They’re disrespectful — peeing in front of everybody. We do that one time, and we’re going to jail for a long time.”

FEMA program for migrants grows along with border crisis

(The Center Square) – The city of Atlanta received $4.85 million in funding in 2023, the first year of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Shelter and Services Program for migrants. In 2024, the city will get $10.89 million in the second year with another round of funding later in the year to be announced.

FEMA's Shelter and Services Program is another indicator of the growing impact of the arrival of millions of foreign nationals in the U.S. since President Joe Biden took office.

The program provides grants to communities for the expenses they will incur for handling migrants. There were 14 states, including Washington D.C., that received the first tranche of money in fiscal year 2023.

 

The funding for the program has increased from $363.8 million in fiscal year 2023 to $650 million in fiscal year 2024. Now, city officials and politicians are asking it be funded by as much as $3 billion.

Biden admin scrambles to stop releasing migrants from ISIS hotbed country into US — but hundreds have already crossed

The Biden administration is scrambling to stop migrants from an ISIS recruiting hotbed from being released into the US after they cross the border — despite hundreds already pouring in so far this year.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers received orders in the last few weeks that migrants from Tajikistan shouldn’t be released from custody. If they are, they need to be interviewed by intelligence officials first, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) source told The Post.

Former DHS officials told The Post that the new order is an attempt to close the barn door after eight Tajik nationals were arrested in New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia for suspected ISIS ties, as previously revealed by The Post.

“It seems like the damage is already done. I appreciate they’re trying to do what they can after the fact. The bottom line is, if they would turn on the Trump policies, secure the border, end catch and release, they’d be a hell of a lot safer,” said Tom Homan, former acting ICE director.

An Illegal Alien Allegedly Sexually Assaulted an Iowa 12-Year-Old

An illegal alien from Honduras allegedly sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl in Iowa, according to a report from Fox News. 

Junior Manuel Dubon Benitez, 18, was reportedly charged with sexual abuse in the second degree. The incident occurred in February, involving "sexual abuse upon Jane Doe, a 12-year-old child."

ILLEGAL ALIEN VICIOUSLY MURDERS TWO CHILDREN IN WISCONSIN

 

Restoration News has learned that Victor Manuel Gomez-Acosta was arrested in Abbotsford, Wisconsin for the violent stabbing deaths of two children on July 5. He is also charged with attempting to kill an adult female.

 

Restoration News has confirmed with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is the first to report that he is an illegal alien from Mexico and ICE has issued an immigration detainer.

When police discovered them, each child had between 16–20 stab wounds and they were found dead in a bedroom. Gomez-Acosta has been charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide and one count of attempted homicide. Police will not release the names or ages of the victims. Gomez Acosta appeared before a judge on July 9 via video conference from the Clark County jail with a Spanish interpreter translating. His bond was set at $1 million, and the defense attorney requested the court to order a competency evaluation.

Two suspects were arrested in connection with a string of five shootings in the Charlotte, North Carolina, area, with one believed to be in the U.S. illegally after crossing the Southern Border, according to reports.

Carlos Roberto Diaz, 18, and an unnamed 16-year-old juvenile have been arrested in connection with the shootings. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are not searching for any additional suspects.

The Big Apple has seen an alarming 11% jump in rapes this year — with some sections of the city seeing their numbers more than double.

Shock: 14 Million Illegals Admit Voting And Plan To Vote Again In 2024

Voters are engulfed in fears that ballot cheating will affect the 2024 presidential election, especially in the six battleground states where the contest will be decided in November.

Some 62% of likely voters told Rassmussen Reports/Heartland Institute that they are concerned about cheating based on what they saw in the 2020 elections and their own experiences of receiving improper ballot information in the mail.

 

What’s more, the survey details shared with Secrets showed that non-citizens have voted and plan to vote again despite being barred from the polls.

It is unusual for a polling outfit to ask if likely voters are legal citizens. In its analysis, Rasmussen said that nationally, “more than five percent (5%) say they are not U.S. citizens and a little less than four percent (4%) are not sure if they’re citizens or not.”

Added together, that 9% translates into nearly 14 million votes.

FACT CHECK: Biden’s claim that illegal border crossings lower than Trump's is false

During President Joe Biden’s address to the American public Wednesday night, he said his administration secured the border.

Without discussing border policies in his 10-minute address, he touted his efforts in two sentences, saying, “We are also securing our border. Border crossings are lower today than when the previous administration left office.”

Several news outlets made similar claims.“July is on track to see the fifth consecutive monthly drop in migrant apprehensions along the U.S.-Mexico border and the lowest level in illegal immigration there since the fall of 2020,” CBS News reported. “Migrant crossings plunge 55%” Newsweek reported; they dropped “over 40% since Biden announced asylum restrictions,” CNN reported.

 

“Biden finally got border numbers down,” The New York Times reported. PolitiFact labeled Biden’s claim that “migrants coming to our … border unlawfully … dropped dramatically,” as “mostly true” in its so-called “Truth-O-Meter.”

Accounting for all the data, including new ways the Biden administration is allowing foreign nationals to enter the country, the claims are verifiably false.

As The Center Square has reported every month since early 2021, after Biden took office, the number of illegal border crossers has increased, not gone down.

Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and several corporate media outlets cite incomplete apprehension data, excluding at least 2 million gotaways, those who evaded capture and are in the country illegally. It is unknown how many gotaways are violent criminals or potential terrorists.

Michigan: Previously Deported Illegal Alien Accused of Sexually Assaulting Young Girl

An illegal alien, previously deported from the United States, is now accused of sexually assaulting a young girl under 13 years of age in Shelby Township, Michigan.

Joel Quintana-Dominguez, a 32-year-old illegal alien, has been arrested and charged by the Shelby Township Police Department in connection to the repeated sexual assault of a young girl.

Illegal Jordanian migrants who ‘tried to breach’ Quantico base allowed to walk free after posting bail

The two illegal Jordanian migrants who are charged with trying to breach Marine Corps Base Quantico in May posted thousands of dollars in bail and were allowed to leave federal custody, The Post can exclusively reveal.

Hasan Yousef Hamdan, 32, and Mohammad Khair Dabous, 28, were released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention despite their immigration status — Hamdan had crossed into the country illegally in April and Dabous had overstayed his student visa and is subject to removal proceedings, law enforcement sources told The Post.

They were arrested on May 3 for trespassing onto the military installation and handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers because of their immigration statuses.

An illegal migrant from Venezuela allegedly committed at least 22 criminal offenses in the span of just six months and still may not be deported, a report from the House Judiciary Committee revealed Wednesday.

Daniel Hernandez-Martinez was released into the U.S. by the Biden-Harris administration in early 2023 before allegedly committing a slew of crimes, the report found. Despite the array of charges, the Venezuelan migrant — who is a suspected member of the “Tren de Aragua” gang — wasn’t detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) until his seventh run-in with the New York Police Department.
